We as a modest organization, embarked on our journey from humble beginnings rooted in Jyothy Industries, a stainless steel fabrication industry catering to the chemical, pharmaceutical, distillery and brewery sectors since 1971. The subsequent expansion led to the establishment of esteemed educational institutions in Bengaluru: Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1989 and Jyothy Institute of Technology in 2011.
Building upon this illustrious history of over 5 decades of the group, the year 2020 marked the establishment of Jyothy Institute of Commerce and Management, 2021 - Jyothy Virohan Institute of Health and Management and 2023 - Jyothy Evening College.
The entire spectrum of initiatives under the Jyothy Group of Industries and Institutions was under the exemplary guidance and leadership of late Dr. B.N.V. Subrahmanya who garnered numerous accolades for his contributions to society, including the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award for Educational and Social Excellence (1991), Rajiv Gandhi National Unity Award (1995), Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Award (2011), and a Doctor of Literature from Tumkur University (2012), among others.
WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program)
One of the singular aspects of our company, is our program of WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program). This program is aimed at empowering students still in under graduation or post-graduation. We interview, onboard, and train the students with necessary tools and skills to enable them and carry valuable experience when they make themselves available for the job market. This also helps us build a reliable workforce that is filled with exciting ideas and enthusiastic approach towards our project that are helmed by our experience teams.
