About the Program

 

Make your earnings while learning. Along with academic learning, the company provides an exclusive opportunity for selected candidates to gain professional experience & earnings through the Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP).

How to apply?

 

There will be an Entry Test ‘SAT’ (Scholastic Aptitude Test). Selected candidates will continue pursuing their 3/4 years university graduation program in addition to gaining a work contract of 4 years from corporate.

Eligibility

 

Minimum Eligibility for taking up SAT: Grade 12 or 10 + 2 qualified Science or Commerce candidates from Karnataka PU Board/ CBSE in 2023 – 2024 with minimum 70%.

Selection Process

Stage-1

First Round Interview for Technical Assessment of SAT qualified candidates to be held during May 2024 at the Corporate Office of Jyothy Technologies

Stage-2

HR Documentation along with consent letter of parents at the Corporate Office of on or before 31st May 2024

Stage-3

Selected Candidates shall undergo 90 days WILP training program from June to August 2024

Stage-4

Those who complete their WILP training program successfully, with confirmation of appointment, will be absorbed as an employee by Jyothy Technologies for a duration of 4 years

However, based on one’s performance in periodic assessments, if any candidate is ‘unsuccessful’ or ‘becomes ineligible’ anytime during the WILP training period, he/she would be given the training ‘attendee’ certificate.
